The delivery methodology is flexible depending upon the needs of the individual employer, but a typical delivery schedule would be 1 x 2 hour group session per fortnight, with individual assessments taking place on the odd week. That would result in around a 30 week duration. Cost in such a scenario would be $4000 per candidate, partially invoiced at agreed periods during the training. Under certain conditions, the Federal Government through Skills Victoria will fund the full $4000 of the completed training, making the program zero cost to the employer.
