Over the past decade, our team has introduced hundreds of fresh minds and faces into the International and Domestic Logistics industry. Many companies have 5th and 6th generation trainee graduates, each having started at the bottom and worked forward within the host company into more senior roles.

We have proven that it’s possible to develop youngsters straight from school into a valuable resource, meeting and exceeding expectations in quick time through our training and mentoring. We have demonstrated that mature-aged candidates can also make excellent trainees, if the desire and basic skills are evident.
